New National Sales Manager

We are excited to announce that John R. Lazenby has joined the ActecSystems sales team as National Sales Manager.  He has thirty-six years of experience in the Commercial and Specialty Insurance industry where he served in various management, sales and underwriting positions.

John graduated from Kent State University. He and his wife currently reside in Lilburn, GA.

Welcome to our New VP of Sales and Marketing

Please join Actec in welcoming Paul Neleman as its new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Paul has served the insurance industry in numerous roles over the past 10 years and currently holds the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Paul is a graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, RI.

While his primary role may be sales, we consider client relations to be an important aspect of this position, as well, and Paul is looking forward to getting acquainted with our valued current clients. With his industry experience, creativity and enthusiasm, Paul will be a welcome addition to our team and we know he will bring many exciting developments in the near future.

Actec Sets SAS-70 Type II Target Date

March 1, 2010

After more than a year of preparation, Actec officially begins our SAS-70 Type II compliance audit. The target completion date is July 31, 2010.

We have made many changes in our physical work environment and business operations in order to strengthen security and accountability. New processes include the installation of electronic key access throughout the building, field-level encryption of sensitive intake data, and video surveillance of areas such as the Data Center and Contact Center that house or handle sensitive information.
